is the turn around time on a
plan?
It
varies depending on the plan you
order but it generally ranges
from 10 business days to 15
business days after the
completion of the questionnaire.

How does the entire process
work?
During the order process, you
will be asked a few simple
questions which will help us get
familiar with your business.
Then based on your information,
within 24 hours your account
will be set up in our database
and online, and one of our Team
Managers will assign your
project to the plan writer or
consultant that is most
qualified to work on your
project. It is likely that even
prior to contacting you, your
plan writer or consultant will
do some background research on
your project. The plan writer
and consultant will then contact
you to give you there direct 800
number and email address. They
will also send you a
questionnaire and review the
questionnaire with you.
Depending on the plan you
ordered, either you, or you and
your Plan Writer or Consultant,
will fill out the questionnaire.
After the questionnaire is
completed, we will begin working
on your plan. After 10 to 15
business days, you will be
notified that your completed
plan is uploaded to your online
account, and available for you
access. You will then have a
free revisions period ranging
from 10 to 30 business days,
during which time you will work
with your Plan Writer or
Consultant to improve your Plan.

Will I have contact with my plan
writer?
Absolutely. Your welcome email
will include your plan writer's
name, toll free telephone number
and email address. You will have
full contact with your plan
writer during the entire writing
phase of your plan. The amount
of contact you will have with

What
is the difference between the
Marketing and
Advertising plans?
You will often
find that many people confuse marketing with advertising or vice
versa. While both components are important, they are very
