must be a physical, in-state street address; P.O. Boxes are not

Registered Agent for only $99.00 per year, and any official legal
and tax correspondence from the state will be forwarded to your
address.
As your registered agent, we will:

Accept any legal service of process (notice of
litigation) document; and record the service in your company
file.

receipt of service of process.
